Payment :
Full payment is required when placing an order. Items purchased by credit or debit card are done via the secure on line payment system "PayPal" For more information about 'PayPal' please visit www.PayPal.com
Delivery:
Each item is made to order. Therefore please be aware that delivery may take up to 28 days. Please contact sales@beautifulbelle.co.uk if you require your item in a hurry. We may be able to help. Please note that should we confirm that we can meet your deadline, there will be a charge of £9.95 to cover our additional costs involved in next day special delivery etc from our materials suppliers. Once products have been dispatched in the UK they normally arrive in 3 - 4 days. We send all of our packages by Royal Mail recorded delivery but please note that we do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside of our control. We will email you to confirm that your package has been posted. If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal Mail, they will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days. Please note that if a package has been returned to Beautiful Belle because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer. Should we need to use alternative couriers, they will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered. They will also let you know how long they will retain it until they will return it to Beautiful Belle.
Postage:
UK & Northern Ireland orders - will be sent by Royal Mail or alternative courier and will be charged at £4.95 plus 70p per additional item thereafter.
Returns:
If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. PLEASE NOTE PRIORITY PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. Please contact us if you are returning your order, by email sales@beautifulbelle.co.uk We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.
